Loan Signings: A bad idea??

With 4 loan signings in the current squad, im wondering does this actually help our club?

DO these players really care when they know they are off back to their own clubs in a month or two?

Can it really be good for team spirit when this season we have developed a revolving door environment around the club?

How are the team expected to learn to play together when we are putting out a different team every game?

How do players feel when they are replaced in teh team by loan signings, then thrown back into the team when the loannee has gone back?
