so doesn't that demonstrate some slight evidence that they are being kept apart?

I'm not claiming there IS fixing, I'm just suspicious. Of course there hasn't really been any need for fixing recently because the introduction of seeded draws has meant the 'big' countries couldn''t have been drawn together anyway.

Whatever happens I'm not going to claim today's draw will prove fixing (though it could prove the opposite), but my suspicions might be built on a little bit.
