Snap

Throw in poor grouting, tiles not cemented properly, fag ends under the shower, 5 (yes 5) leaks, a pipe that went down, then up again to form a trap, downstairs flats flooded...
All from a bloke recommended by the Estate Agents who run the flats (management company, I own mine but it is leasehold) and his gyppo pal...

Then he asked for cash...

Cost me ?800 to have a total of 14 faults rectified by a brilliant man in the village....
