accordingly. Have you paid anything yet ? If you haven't, definitely don't and you decide what you think you owe him and tell him what you're prepared to pay not ask him. If you have paid and think its too much ask for some back. Then get someone more committed and professional in and ask for a written quotation with itemised actions so you know what they are going to do.
