Exactly my point

None of those arguments actually stand up to scrutiny.

In 2013 we finished 11th in Premier League, we beat Man City away and were mostly unbeaten at home.

Improvement is obvious or have you not noticed Fer, Redmond & Elmander. All have settled in well and will get better.

We were not "overly cautious" yesterday.

We've also beaten a very good Southampton side and drawn against an excellent Everton.

Hull away was disappointing but they are no muppets, Spurs was also disappointing but they will beat better sides this year.

So why sack Hoots?
