The thing is...

Hoots never changes it up.... It's always like for like.... Games like today needed big changes, in formation and players, we are lucky we have players in the squad that can play in more than 1 position, so it's not to hard to mix it up whilst in play

I want him Monday morning at training and say... Lads we are setting up to win, even if we win 4-3, this is the way we will set up.... Etc etc
