Think there is a real tactics problem

With the formation we play we are constantly forced deep
due to the utter lack of pace in the team. Hughton has got to set up the team in a way that FORCES the team to play higher up. Playing two banks of four and trying to counterattack only works with pacy players. So my ambitious formation would be:
Ruddy
Martin Turner Bassong
Whittaker Fer Tettey Olsen
Pilkington Ricky Redmond

Not really three at the back as Whittaker and Olsen
would be expected to defend and attack. We have speed in those two players but it is never utilized.
