At the very least, there needs to be strict rules.

It would also strengthen the Championship and help the England team. If good, but not top-2/3 players had to go abroad to get top football then I think that would be a good thing. The top 4 can already afford good players, but what's the point in Scott Sinclair etc at Man City? Would be much better for the prem if he was at pretty much any other club
