Really feel its about time prem to prem loans were banned

2nd season in a row Chelsea have lent another team a striker they could simply not afford under usual circumstances.

At the same time Man City are subsidising Gareth Barry playing for Everton who again would not be able to afford him otherwise.

Whole thing is just wrong if you ask me. At the very least clubs who take players on loan should have to pay all of their wages but i would prefer it if the loan system was reformed so big clubs could not stock pile young players knowing they can loan them out if need be and those players therefore would perhaps stay at their original clubs a bit longer.
