our s**tarse went AWOL on friday. she made a re-appearance on sunday howling in the hedge with a mangled leg but could i catch her, could i bollocks. same leg she mangled two years ago in an illegal snare some f**ker had set in the back field. it stripped all the muscle/flesh off her leg inside out but amazingly the vets at long-stratton re-pinned the mangled leg and reattached all the muscles and whatnot and apart from a slight limp and over a grand we didn't notice the difference. anyway she (f**k knows how she climbed up) came in last night through the bedroom window purring like a spitfire. the mrs has taken her up to the vets again to see if the leg can be saved or she has to have ot lopped off. i'm not much of a cat person to be honest but it's good to have the selfish little s**tarse back even if she ends up as a tripod.
