At least the QPR bid will flush out Hoopers motivation....
if he's moving for the money etc, he'll go to QPR. If he really wants to play in the Prem / has England ambitions etc, he'll tell QPR and Celtic to f**k off and that he wants to come to us.
I just hope he does it VERY soon!
