DOes it grow quickest after it's cut?

I don't know - just guessing. It's a fair question. I guess they might fork it over as it'll have been trampled a lot to break the top up a bit but don't know why they cut it. Though these days it isn't all grass is it, it's some wared combination of plastic, genetically modified supergrass, and Ethel stock, or something.
