We are half way through a transition phase

From the team of lower league players that got us to the Premier League, to a team of Bassongs and Turners who can keep us there and take us forward.

Without QPR style finances that was never going to be possible in 1 season. He has brought quality to the defence and over the Summer, starting with Van Wolfswinkel I expect him to the do the same in the attacking 3rd.

If we stay up, he deserves a 2nd season to finish building his own team.
