The way I see it, the case for sticking with him:
* he has clearly sorted out the defense
* overall he has bought well
* seems to be well liked by the club and the players
* he is a class act, clearly a lovely guy
Against keeping him
* 2 wins out of 19 games - any manager's role would be under review after that run
* has shown very limited tactical awareness, especially when it comes to changing a game with subs or tactical switches
* he has turned the most exciting Norwich team I have seen in 40 years, to the dullest team I have watched in 40 years, within one season
* we can still go down
As I say, I am really conflicted, but overall I would stick with him through the beginning of next season. As people below have been saying, if we struggle again next year AND keep playing like this, I will change my opinion.
