so it's going to boil down to whether:

(a) it was reasonable to not check his g/f wasn't taking a dump.
(b) it is reasonable to shoot what you think is a black intruder mutliple times without warning/seeing an actual threat. (I bring colour into it only because this is SA)

The more I follow this, the more I doubt it's muder in the "I want to kill Reeva" sense and the more I lean to murder in the "I'm a braun over brains Afrikaans lump" sense.

But given he's a famous white South African and not a pauper from a township, I suspect it'll be downgraded to culpable homicide.
