What happened was...

He told me that when he was in hospital for a major op she put him under pressure to change his will.

She later said that he could trust her to hand it all out as he wished.

On the night of the funeral she told me that she was keeping it all the inheritance for herself and wasn't going to follow his wishes to hand out the money and property as he had wanted. She left the country the next morning.
