My memory of Chase which is from I picked up on here, is Delia took over

with the club in 6m debt, and things were terribly desperate

But........

When we borrowed 15m, I don't remember mass protests, despite it being 2 and 1/2 times the supposed devastation Chase was supposed to have created

On promotion to the prem, it was said debt was around ?15m (not including the loan, because that was part of yearly accounts, and not debt)

After 3 years of the sky money. I still remember hearing numbers of around ?18m debt

Again, after all these violent tales of Chase, I used to be surprised that the current board always escaped any form of questions

McNally comes in, and in 4 years, we talk about having no debt at all
