not sure but what I understand is

at the end of the transfer window the whole 25 man squad can be rehashed.

so basically we can get anyone we like add them to the new squad ,but it would mean someone droppiing out of the squad to cover the numbers.

I`m sure that someone will come up with chapter and verse from the Premier league rule book
