i had a similar problem in my conservatory which is off the kitchen

i called out british gas homecare (dynorod sub-contract) and they delighted in telling me that as the previous f**kwot of an owner had CONCRETED OVER THE DRAIN we weren't covered.

so i went up a tool hire place and got one of these things User Posted Link and dug a f**k off big hole in the conservatory and unplugged the drain.

dont buy my house of me as it's got a big old hole in the conservatory floor.
