Some suggest leaving it overnight. A mate called out a plumber for a blocked drain and

they used the One Shot to clear it. If it doesn't clear there should be a manhole further up (usually in a straight line from the one you are trying to clear) so maybe worth looking in there to see if it is blocked there.
