The point of players having no personality

I dont think its a coincidence that all these young players do not have any type of character/personality. They all get media training at a young age so its coached out of them. Just like all the other unique traits they may posses such as footballing ability.

I watched Harry Redknapp on a panel show last night and he said today's players cant take criticism. I get the impression that they don't want any responsibility. They think they've made it even before they've started.
