A lot of cyclists seem to be trying to kill themselves

I cycle into work a few times a week and light myself up like a christmas tree.

On the same commute in the car I've almost driven into a cyclist recently because it was dark, raining and they had completely useless lights and nothing reflective on.

Its not always the fault of car drivers.
