My back hurts even if I run 100 meters or try to do oush-ups or lift heavy weights.
I think I need something that I can do a bit of but often.
I also need some sort of graph so that I can monitor my weight-loss to help keep me motivated. Is there any good weight-loss software that I could use for that?
I don't even have any scales at the moment.
