The whole Sky set-up

is an experiment designed to prove you can win Grand Tours clean. (Not to say they don't push the envelop in lots of other ways - eg Wiggo's skinsuit the other day...)

incidentally, a more interesting question today is whether Cav finished within the time limit. If not, Sky would be down to 6 riders. Which might be the biggest threat to Wiggins this Tour!
