OK, I can happily agree to disagree...

...all I'm saying is that often those doing the singing accept it as part of the experience - I know this cos I've asked around a bit...

My thought process was this, and like I said, it would wasn't alone: if you're gonna have a better time talking then do talk, don't have a s**t time cos I'm on stage so therefore you must all sit in quiet reverence of every word, note or chord I play/sing...I'd feel guilty knowing that not talking cos I was playing was the equivalent of a gun to their pretty music listening heads (all my audiences were beautiful)...
