Agreed. We will have to do it and some people need to get used to it

Our turnover as a prem club will be circa ?75 million.

Generally the other clubs are spending 50-60 percent of turnover on wages.

We are currently spending about 25%.

Understand the need to be prudent, especially this year with the debt repayments but some of us seem stuck in the championship world when it comes to wages and transfer fees. We will have to start paying more soon or we won't be able to compete.

I'm not saying we should cave in on Holt but we will need to start paying our best players more or we will lose them all and it will be hard to keep finding bargain replacements.
