us due to the proverbial 'taken us as far as he can' well if that's the case how are the same players/same type of players going to take him to the top eight? Either they have a far bigger 'war chest' than they're letting on (which lets face it, it wouldn't be the first time a club did that) or Villa may as well accept that like the majority of the Prem they'll just be also-rans in the s**ttiest City in the UK.
