you two spitting out clich? sorrow with very little substance means absolutely nothing. I would think white water rafting and Auschwitz is no better or worse than anything else... but what's the significance of going to see something. The holocaust was terrible but visiting Auschwitz is just juvenile orientalism manifesting through self assurance that you are on some moral march against the evils of man without doing a f**king thing but gawking at the space where people died.

Felt the same at ground zero, same in various parts of the Congo, same in tiananmen square and same in Palestine. Don't be too fooled by the rhetoric of your forefathers.
