you can...

adjust the tolerance on the eye dropper and add bits to the selection by holding down the alt (or cntr), cant remember which, key while using the dropper.

or you can select the whole picture using the scalpel tool and then go adjustment, selective colour, and fiddle with the sliders to change your colour.
