If he moves to a bigger club for decent money he'll almost have to prove

himself all over again. He'll under the national media spotlight rather than being a "lower league hero done good".

Lambert will also be under the national media spotlight of expectation, but I guess that comes with any of us moving to a new job for a promotion - expectations are higher (though not under a national media spotlight!)
