this wont be popular but is McNally some of the problem

Is McNally part of the problem , their something about him that I don't trust ,

It seems hard to believe that after 3 wonderful years at the club that everything has blown up in our faces so quick

One of the reasons I don't totally trust him is if everyone remembers the NOTW report that said we were close to adminastration denied to such extend that McNally was going to sue well that never saw a court room and it turns out later we were close to admin

Fast forward to the current crisis and we have Grant Holts agent on Radio Norfolk saying that he has been trying to talk to McNally since March I believe to sort out Holts contract and that Holt was promised a improvemnet if his and the teams perfoemance warranted it constantly put off then told other players are before him , that is disrespectful for anyone regardless of their position in a company

Also wasn't the plan to put all available money into the team for at least three years before any larger ground improvments were considered couple that with Foulgers comments about he would be happy if the team finished 17th seems to me perhaps the club is not in the finacial postion we are lead to believe and that funds may not be availble for players add into that mix the rumours of us having to sell

I also wonder if the boards confidence in Lambert was dented because of the Leciester result , not saying we threw the game just that Lamberts comments saying that staying in the premeirship was more important , everybody on this board was disappointed as we could see the way opening up to at least a semi-final , and the board are fans just like us and they probably felt the sameway

How quick we get a new manager will be telling if I am wide of the mark managers will be falling over each other to get the job , if some of what I say is right we may struggle
