Is you could work on a team of 10 people, and 3 of the team average 20 days off sick a year

Then a 4th has 2 days off for the first time in 5 years with a cold, and it sparks a team briefing about sick leave

It's a management style that's very common, and makes the 4th person feel like a) they've brought it on the team, and b) the 4th-10th person having impeccable records is protecting the other 3

I feel like that on here, and I apologise if it's bad timing, or coincedence. But it looks like that's what has happened here tonight
