In fairness I think everybody would have expected that we need a few

Premiership experienced players, but our coaches & management team have total belief in our players and there ability to do their job on any given day. We have certainly ripped up & thrown away the rule book, I bet you over the coming seasons not too many Clubs will follow our lead, the reason! the managers who gain promoton won't trust themselves or their players like our management team have. They will end up following the status quo rather than being inventive, decisive & actually having a well laid plan.
