Wroth advice required. What revenge would you suggest?

Was just walking down the street and got hit by a large amount of liquid (hopefully only water) thrown out of a top floor window of a house. Sound of laughter and giggling followed. I asked them to show themselves and explain their behavior/apologise but they didnt.
I rang the doorbell but no answer.
However, I know their address...........

What would you do???

Report to Police
Order pizzas, taxis, etc
Something more funny and creative?
WROTH suggestions please!!
