I think Pompey should be automatically relegated
If they lose 10 pts and stay up they will have had 2 admins. in 2 years for over ?120m and had no meaningful penalty. It is cheating to spend fortunes you can only pay back as long as you are successful.
It's 10 points whether you have a ?2m debt you can't pay or ?100m you can't pay.
