And have had no more problems with it than 2 other providers (Orange and a small, good, expensive company)
My wifi has always dropped out downstairs, regardless of router and provider - so I've put it down to the house. I now have a relay router downstairs as well.
Having said all that, their router is notoriously s**te - only last week the power supply went for mine. They can be a pain in the arse as well and try and charge you if its more than 1 year old and you haven't got their rip-off insurance - they soon get back in their box though if you threaten to leave.
They'll also say you have to use their router (it's in the T&Cs), but I've seen plenty of ways around that online - i just haven't been exasperated enough to have to go there yet.
