I do, and am getting fed up with the constant drops in wi-fi. I intend to phone them and have a whinge and see if they'll send me a new router. However, in the event they won't, what can I do?
I use a Mac (sorry) which is generally very reliable. It also happens with the iPhone so I don't think it's either of these; at least, it's unlikely that both of them aren't working properly. The router is located pretty centrally in the house so it ought to reach the west wing, or at least upstairs and the sex dungeon. Would it be possible that it's just the wi-fi broadcasting of the router that's to blame? If so, would a possible and sensible (if pricy) solution be to get something like the Airport extreme or Time Capsule (or something similar)?
Any other suggestions or gadgets I could try?
