We've seen it loads of times. You cannot lean your head in. And I don't think enough people are talking about the two things he did before. Attempted slap at Whitbread which missed. Fair enough, yellow harsh but at least a warning. Then the shoulder barge off the ball at Johnson which could easily have been a red in itself. Add all three together and he has to go really.
