what you described in their playground. But I do feel it's important we retain the right to strike. It's not something I do lightly. In 24 years of teaching I've been out on strike twice.
I'm not sure how safe public sector jobs are either. We have to lose 1.4 teachers next year and cuts will massively effect other public sector workers. I wish it wasn't about public vs private sector workers. It's clearly pretty tough for (almost) everyone.
I don't know what you mean by grow up but I wouldn't mind getting to 60 quicker. That way I could retire when I was expecting to instead of struggling on teaching infants as a 67/68 year old!
