Having just read back I do have some thoughts about all of this...

...but there is little point I feel in sharing them...

That aside I'm really not sure why so many feel they have to leave though..? Aside from me, everyone to a lesser or greater degree makes the odd mistake, or bad judgement, that's the way it goes...

Deep breath, quick w**k and move on...
