The ethics of Guzundering

My house purchase is being delayed and delayed, I am finally at exchange now and someone further down the line delaying completion by 2 weeks from the first mentioned date. My good price for a quick purchase is no longer a quick purchase.

Am I right to threaten to cut my offer based on the completion date?
