Watched the Spurs/Arse game........

Bale is a great player but Modric is just not worth the 35-40M being touted for him.

I have watched him a few times this season and he just seems off the pace totally, loses the ball a lot, bad passes.

If he is worth 40M, what are Wes, Fox or even Johnson worth?

Spurs should just get it to Bale as much as possible as he crushes fullbacks with ease.

Interestingly Spurs play with Parker and modric in a role almost like Johnson and Fox.
