it's the crane that is the problem here suggs

you could dress it in the epic cinematic style of david lean and even with all that outrageous cgi you have employed upon your own image, it isn't going to escape the fact that the entire gag relies solely on the fact that you used a crane as a principle element in the joke. crane's aren't really renowned for dropping things, but picking them up.
