Where that sort of incident is a nailed on penalty everytime. Once the player knocks the ball past the keeper like we saw on Saturday they only have one thing on their mind.... To go down.
Whether the keeper makes contact with the player or not, the player will always make sure his foot catches the keeper, knowing there is a 99% chance the referee will buy it.
The ironic thing is, on a lot of occasions, the keepers don't make contact and the player goes down, when by staying on his feet he would have the simple task of rolling the ball into an empty net.
