Dani Pacheco. Should we buy him?

Stories of an interview done in a spanish newspaper where he is unhappy with not being given a chance and would like to sign for Norwich.

Lots of Pros and cons.......

Pros

He is under 21 so wouldnt count against the 25 man rule.

Obviously talented and makes the perfect cover for Wes in a diamond type formation.

Wants to come here and wont have anything to prove to the fans as he will be accepted instantly.
Will be given time even if he has a bad game or two as we have seen what he can do.

Cons

Wont be that cheap

We now have a ton of creative midfield players so we cant really gurantee first team football.

Lambert might be moving away from the diamond formation.
The diamond is excellent when you dont have a lot of wide options.
We now have a ton of wide options which may mean he may move away from that formation more often.

Personally, I would buy him if the price is right.

There are some questions marks over the two wide players we bought namely Bennet and Pilkington.

Both were great last season by all accounts but it was in League 1.
Pilkington is also coming off a major injury

Pacheco has proven that he can hang in the champs at the very least.

If we get one injury (or bad form) to one creative midfield player we will wish we would have bought him.
