Is it popular because that's what people think? Or do people think that because they swallow the s**t the Mail spews and their ilk out each day?

Ultimately the Mail couldn't give a flying one about society, they care about circulation and cash - which is why they keep giving that human disaster-area space on their website - controversy equals click-throughs, equals money.
