what you need to do is get some iodine solution from the chemist and keep sticking that on the wound. You'll probably also need to flea powder as it's almost certain got some and you don't want those f**kers laying eggs in your flat.
Dead cheap though: Pulguicida para Gatos by Barickis what I've got and it works very well
