With regard to Worthy's decision making, I think that it's very easy to criticise...

...with perfect hindsight, but he had to make decisions at the time, and pick who he thought would play best for him. I think that he has done pretty well with what he's got to play with.
Sure we could have done with some better players, but we didn't have them and had to make do with what we had.
I think it's a bit harsh to criticise him by saying we saw a good formation at the end of the season Worthy should've used it from the start or sooner, therefore he's s**t. No one knew that that formation was going to better until it started getting results and unfortunately that was at the end of the season.
