and they're proof that clubs shouldn't change managers?

No doubt there are plenty of clubs who changed managers and the new ones improved things too (indeed, presumably both West Ham and Everton must have sacked their managers in order to appoint Pardew and Moyes?)

If, say, we finish bottom-half this season (which we clearly will) should he stay?
and if we finish bottom half (or worse) next season?
