For your needs I would aim for

Intel i3 (if you can get an i5 would future proof it but no real need)
4gb of ram (will help with FM)

Dont worry about HDD as external HDDs are cheap as chips

Very handy thing is HDMI out, great if you have something on the lappy you want to play on the tv quickly.

Part from that you should be ok.
